If the seat has NOT been used, the seat can be returned in its original packaging with all tags and manuals within 14 days from the receipt of product.
You will be responsible for setting up return shipping along with any shipping charges. There is a restocking fee of $75.
We will refund the cost of the seat once the quality control department has completed their inspection.
If a seat is being returned to GRA-MAG for any reason, the following guidelines will apply:
- Authorization from GRA-MAG must be requested by Customer prior to return.
- RMA number will be issued by GRA-MAG and must be included in paperwork being sent back with part(s).
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges. (For warranty purposes, shipping will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
- The part will be credited back to the customer at the purchase price less restocking fee ($75) and any costs from damage found in the quality inspection.

If the seat is damaged at the time of purchase/arrival, we will happily send a replacement and provide a label for you to return the seat. Please provide photos, Manufacturing Date and Serial Number for our records.
